Samson has been in rescue for 6 months, the amount of time it has taken him to recover from illness associated with neglect. Now he's ready for a loving home. Samson is a Great Pyr/Golden Retriever cross. He has a sweet, kind personality and gets along with other dogs well.

Foxy is a beautiful dog who came to us from an Arkansas hoarder. She heard a lot of gunfire there - the sound of her buddies being shot as a means of population control. She is terrified of loud noises and slow to make friends. Once she knows you, it is well worth waiting for.

Sable is one of those dogs who had such a rough beginning that he will only tolerate one owner. He does not like strangers trying to pet him. Sable needs a quiet home with no young children. He's happiest when walking on trails or going for a swim. He will be a loyal friend for someone.

Jack had been abandoned near Highway I-44 in Springfield where he stayed for days looking hopefully at any trucks that slowed down for him. Once in rescue, we realized what a gem he is. He is a sweet, quiet dog who loves everyone and gets along with all other dogs. Jack is a "keeper".
